Responsibilities
- Stock Shelves: Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and backroom clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products and answer basic inquiries.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Price Tagging: Ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history is required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for pricing and inventory counts.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
