Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and transport merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor efficiently.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and accessibility.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily stocking targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds regularly.
- Reliable transportation to arrive for early morning shifts.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labeling and instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouse).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or stocking is a plus but not required.
