Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure optimal product availability and visual appeal.
- Unload merchandise from trucks and organize inventory in the backroom efficiently.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure older products are sold first (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Assist with pricing, labeling, and quality control of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning items and handling cash handling procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required uniform/protective gear.
