Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and displays accurately.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure products are easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with inventory management standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Keep the sales floor and backroom areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with price changes and promotional displays as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for ticketing and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
