As a Stocker, you play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. We offer a competitive hourly wage, flexible shifts, and a supportive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Unloading Deliveries: Safely unload merchandise from trucks and transport it to the sales floor.
- Stocking Shelves: Organize, clean, and stock products on shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs replenishing.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the backroom and sales floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers locate items and answer basic questions about products.
- Price Changes: Apply price tags and signage to ensure accurate pricing across the store.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be able to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive motions.
- Teamwork: Must work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in organizing inventory and maintaining store standards.
- Availability: Must be available on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic Math: Ability to count inventory and handle cash transactions if required.
