Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise efficiently to maintain inventory flow.
- Stock shelves accurately and neatly, ensuring all products are facing forward and easily accessible.
- Perform price changes and ensure signage is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Keep the sales floor and backroom area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily productivity and visual merchandising goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in Phoenix, AZ.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and handling cash (if applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
