Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise to shelves and storage areas efficiently.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure product freshness and accuracy according to FIFO standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and legally.
- Ensure all signage, pricing, and display materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure store readiness before opening hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and complete comprehensive paid training programs.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning items and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation (optional but preferred for shifts).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
