As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly. You will work closely with our logistics team to receive, organize, and prepare products for distribution. Responsibilities
- Unloading & Receiving: Safely unload delivery trucks and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Organization: Sort, stock, and organize merchandise on shelves and pallets according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Shelf Maintenance: Ensure product displays are clean, neat, and fully stocked to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as trained.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in inventory counts.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
