Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas according to company standards.
- Organize stockrooms and sales floors to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service when interacting with shoppers.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for scanning and handling transactions.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
