Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and verify merchandise against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves, bins, and display cases with accurate pricing and signage.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (FIFO).
- Organize backroom storage areas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product location and availability.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and pricing items.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
