Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from trucks and transport it to the appropriate storage areas.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new inventory according to company guidelines and planograms.
- Rotate stock to ensure the oldest inventory is sold first (FIFO).
- Organize backroom storage and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist in price changes and inventory audits as needed.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and displayed attractively.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
