Responsibilities
- Unload & Organize: Safely unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory according to company standards.
- Stock Shelves: Restock shelves, coolers, and displays with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stock for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in locating products and answer basic inquiries.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk frequently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain organized work areas.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
