Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with new merchandise and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor according to company standards.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing backroom storage areas.
- Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired items.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Complete daily inventory counts and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
