Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and shipments efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO) and maintain inventory freshness.
- Monitor product quality and report damaged or expired items to management.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and safety certifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required).
