Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in early morning hours
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory rotation (FIFO system)
- Ensure sales floor presentation meets visual standards
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockroom and sales floor
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts consistently
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
