Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain workflow efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 AM shifts with reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Background check required
