Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise during early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory standards
- Ensure pricing tags are accurate and products are front-facing for optimal visibility
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate inventory replenishment
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing verification
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
