Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and replenishment needs
- Maintain pristine store appearance through proper stocking techniques and cleanup protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operational transitions
- Adhere to safety standards and handling procedures for all products
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying vendor deliveries
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
