Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in stockroom areas
- Operate inventory management systems with precision
- Support floor stocking needs during peak pre-opening hours
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail/inventory management
- Proven ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with inventory software/scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
