Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in all store departments before opening hours
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Maintain pristine store standards through meticulous visual merchandising
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize inventory flow and accuracy
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure product integrity
- Safely handle and dispose of packaging materials per company protocols
- Assist in store resets and promotional launches during early morning shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California Driver's License (required for merchandise transport)
- Proficient with inventory scanning systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts, including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation tasks
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
