Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Optimize inventory placement according to planogram specifications
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain seamless operations
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Support store opening readiness through systematic stocking processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking/inventory experience in retail or warehouse
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Unquestionable punctuality for 4 AM start times
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Oracle Retail)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for store transfers)
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
