Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless inventory flow
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for some locations)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (RF scanners)
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
