Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (3 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous retail stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable early morning availability (3 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
