Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers in accordance with planograms
- Ensure product freshness through rotation and FIFO compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations handover
- Report inventory discrepancies to department supervisor
Qualifications
- Availability for 4 AM - 12 PM shifts with flexible scheduling options
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic inventory management or retail stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
