Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards during stocking hours
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient inventory flow
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to company stocking protocols and visual merchandising guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to Riverfront Parkway location
