Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning hours (3 AM - 9 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and safety standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and maintain FIFO principles
- Operate pallet jacks and stock equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily stocking goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (typically 4 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and product counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
