Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse area
- Stock shelves and display products according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and cleaning equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Flexible scheduling availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
