Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following inventory protocols
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety standards and company operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for early morning shifts (3-7 AM)
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Valid driver's license reliable transportation (if applicable)
