Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers during early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4 AM start times)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible scheduling availability (weekends required)
