Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers with merchandise in an organized, timely manner
- Operate provided equipment (pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adhere to FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and backroom areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid state ID required
