Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and inventory scanners (training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store opening
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper shelf-life management
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- No equipment experience necessary – full training provided
