Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise shelves with precision and efficiency
- Operate provided equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, scanners) safely
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to company inventory and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Nashville location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- No prior experience required – full training provided
