Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state ID for equipment operation training
