Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate provided material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock rotation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
