Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, display racks, and storage areas according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory management and rotation of products
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (starting as early as 4 AM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
