Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently while maintaining quality control standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and backrooms according to planogram specifications
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during stocking operations
- Support store opening procedures by preparing sales floor for customer traffic
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing verification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (may be required for vendor deliveries)
