Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all departments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure seamless store operations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during early morning hours (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stocking procedures
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions (coolers/freezers)
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
