Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and display areas according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organize backrooms and stockrooms to ensure efficient inventory flow and safety compliance.
- Perform price checks and ensure signage accuracy across the sales floor.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and moving heavy product pallets using standard equipment (hand trucks, dollies).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting shoppers when needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment usage and lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
