Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Unload delivery trucks and rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining a clutter-free workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking targets and efficiency goals.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and promotional materials are properly positioned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price checks.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
