Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries using provided equipment (pallet jacks, carts)
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO method)
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with provided equipment support
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (3-7 AM)
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts
