As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in the warehouse efficiently.
- Organize stock areas to ensure products are easily accessible and appealing.
- Perform inventory counts and rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and price checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in retail or warehouse stocking is a plus but not required.
