Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in warehouse and sales floor areas
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards and inventory requirements
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with inventory management or retail stocking preferred
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse operations)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Henderson location
- Pass background check and drug screening
