Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise in the grocery department before store opening
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO principles
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain efficient workflow
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged goods
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Ensure department cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
