Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with merchandise following rotation guidelines
- Ensure all products are priced, labeled, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the department manager
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage and sales areas
- Collaborate with overnight staff for efficient workflow and task completion
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
