Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and organize merchandise deliveries during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Inventory management and accurate stock rotation using FIFO protocols
- Maintain pristine store appearance and cleanliness in all departments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize stocking workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts, weekends included
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
