Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Restock shelves, displays, and backroom inventory according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stock areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 1 PM shifts, including weekends
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
