Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the stockroom
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper FIFO adherence
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Ensure safety standards are maintained during stocking operations
- Assist with store cleanliness and merchandising tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
