Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas following inventory control procedures
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other stocking equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with seasonal resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
