Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in all store departments before opening
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain inventory accuracy
- Set up promotional displays and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to store management
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols for perishable items
- Support daily inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Available to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Henderson, NV location
