Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise products according to company standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and on sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment use
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
- Assist with end-of-shift cleaning and restocking tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM shifts
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
